With 22 years at Microsoft, he has held leadership roles in Azure, Windows Server, System Center, and more, driving business growth across Asia and globally. Prior to Microsoft, Mike worked at Sun Microsystems, VA Linux, Intel, and Trilogy. He holds a degree in Computer Science and Economics from UCLA and has extensive expertise in cloud, management, and security technologies, helping customers innovate and expand their businesses.

Steven Chia is an award-winning journalist with over two decades of experience. A familiar face at CNA, he currently hosts Talking Point and the Heart of the Matter podcast. Previously, he hosted AM Live! and evening bulletins like Singapore Tonight. Outside of work, Steven is an active volunteer, serving on the board of the YMCA of Singapore, as a member of the Charity Council, and as Chairperson for the NUS Communications and New Media Industry and Advisory Council. His proudest role, however, is being a father to two teenagers.

Toh Dasheng is an award-winning business leader with over 25 years of experience in omni-channel marketing, strategic development, content, branding, communications, and production. He currently leads the Omni-Channel Solutions & Trade Marketing teams at Mediacorp, optimising revenues across platforms and fostering strategic client partnerships for enhanced performance. Dasheng is known for his dynamic leadership and his motto: Go BIG or go home.
Vivek Abraham is the Commercial Director at foodpanda Singapore, where he oversees commercial operations, including corporate business offerings and the account management and business development teams. He joined foodpanda in 2020, bringing nearly a decade of experience across e-commerce and food delivery. In 2021, he became Head of Commercial Projects, APAC, before assuming his current role in September 2022. Outside of work, Vivek enjoys reading, long-distance running, and following basketball, tennis, and cricket.

Azfer Karim leads the Digital Solution Strategy function at IMDA, driving AI and digital adoption to uplift Singapore’s SME ecosystem. He spearheads the development of the AI Framework and oversees initiatives to enhance solution quality under the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG). Prior to IMDA, Mr. Karim was with Mitsui & Co., where he led regional digital transformation across APAC and MEA. He brings deep expertise in Gen AI strategy, ecosystem design, and scaling digital innovation across sectors.
Ken Xu is a Solution Architect Director at Alibaba Cloud Singapore, where he leads the Enterprise Solution Architect team. With a strong background in delivering enterprise cloud and AI-driven solutions, his expertise spans the media, gaming, and retail industries. He excels in AI innovation, enterprise application architecture, and the integration of complex systems, offering a wealth of experience in transforming business challenges into scalable, technology-driven outcomes.
Koo Sengmeng is Director of AI Talent Development at AI Singapore, leading national initiatives in AI literacy, talent development and global standards. With over 25 years in public and private sectors, he founded the AI Professionals Association and launched the CAIE® certification to support sustainable AI adoption. He co-chairs Singapore’s efforts on global AI standards such as ISO/IEC 42001 and contributes to national taskforces on AI governance and strategy.
Tan Soon Keow is Director of the School of Information Technology at NYP, having joined as a lecturer in 2000. She leads the NYP AI Ethics & Governance Panel and serves on the EXCO of the Singapore Computer Society. Before NYP, she held IT roles at CPF Board and SingTel Yellow Pages. In recognition of her contributions to education and technology, she was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) in 2022.
