Discover the joy of distance running, painfree! Our alumna Mok Ying Rong shares tips and more from her book "The Runner's Paradox". Ying Rong is our Physiotherapy graduate who is also the founder of Maison Therapy and specialises in movement analysis and prehabilitation. She represented Singapore in distance running and held the half marathon record from 2016 to 2019! Come join us in this lunch hour talk if you would like to learn how you can run and minimise injury risk!
