Dr Deven leads infratech & Decarbonisation advisory services as a Partner at KPMG in Singapore, with a focus on new insights and platforms for digital transformation and project management in the infrastructure sector.

Armed with more than 25 years’ industry experience in ports, smart cities and energy and utilities, he has led numerous transformation efforts in energy transition, technology and citizen services.

Dr. Eugene Seah

Dr Eugene Seah is the CEO of DLS Consultancy Pte Ltd. He has vast leadership and technical experience in the built environment industry and has taken on various local and international leadership roles throughout his career. He is an Adjunct Associate Professor from Taylor University and a Visiting Fellow in Reading University Malaysia.

He majors in Project and Cost Management, Sustainability and Resilience, Digital and Technology and Contracts. In his career, he has led in developing and implementing Smart City Solutions and was involved in large IT commercial contracts and dispute resolution.

He is a father of four wonderful children and enjoys quiet times in the gym with his wife or simply having a nice Vietnamese bowl of Pho.

Since joining Anritsu more than 25 years ago, Lawrence has been part of the Field Marketing team that provide technical advice and support to customers and channel partners in the South Asia region with special focus on 5G mobile fronthaul, transport technology such as 800G/400G Ethernet, eCPRI, OTN, etc.

Edwin Teo is a Regional Sales Head for the ASEAN region. Passionate in new technologies; he started off as an engineer, and transit to sales management role. Leveraging his engineering background, he had been involved in many projects around this region for the various verticals (Intelligent transportation, surveillance, edge analytics, retail, healthcare etc.) and various smart cities projects and had successful deployed them with the appropriate channels, eco-system partners and system integrators.
